1) major in English, Education, Linguistics, or TESOL
2) Graduate degree
3) CELTA or Trinity TESOL certificate
4) Business experience, Teaching experience (adult students),
Communications(speaking/listening skills), Business English, Writing,
Test Preparation, Interview Preparation

Salary: 2.2-2.5mil per month [Monday-Friday schedule];
overtime available on Saturdays
Housing allowance and key money; staff assistance in locating housing
[For E2 visa holder only]
Round-trip airfare from home country; or round-trip to Japan plus one-way
to home country at end of contract for those in Korea currently [For E2 visa holders]
Severance pay [one month's base salary]
Medical, pension: matched by employer
10 Session Vacation days off (spaced throughout the year);

50% tuition reduction on YBM classes in Korean, Japanese languages
